I’ve dropped my computer, spilled coffee on the keys and hardly ever turn it off. I use my laptop seven days a week, fifteen hours per day. I’ve had two so called computer specialist look at my computer and tell me “your computer is unfixable and you should just invest in a new one”, after which they proceeded to try and sell me a new one. Computer Tech Associates took my computer and in less then 24 hour let me know precisely what was wrong with my computer and their suggestions for fixing it. I had my computer back in my hands and working, within 48 hours and working incredibly well.”
